Click On Start Menu $ then clcik On Run , In Run Type gpedit.msc

Then Click On Network Which Is On Right Tab site
Step Four:
After Clicking Network Then Click On QoS Packet Scheduler.
Step Five:
After clicking QoS Packet Scheduler. Then Click On Limit Reservable Bandwidth
Step Six:
After Click On Limit Reservable Bandwidth You Will See that Window.
Step Six:
Check The Enabled Box.
Step Seven:
You will See Bandwidth Limit Which Is 20, Decrease That Limit To Zero ( 0) And Then Click Ok.
After Following These Steps Reboot Or Restart Your Computer.
After that You will Get Benefit Of High Speed Internet.
