Check The Enabled Box.
Step Seven:
You will See Bandwidth Limit Which Is 20, Decrease That Limit To  Zero ( 0) And Then Click Ok.
After Following These Steps Reboot  Or Restart Your Computer.
After that You will Get Benefit Of High Speed Internet.
